Lebanese Restaurant in Nishantashi. The food was delicious and the ambience was good. The main issue, the service was slow and horrible. The place was half full only but it took us 5 minutes of wandering around to be seated. 15 minutes to place the order, and 37 minutes to get the bottle of water and 48 minutes to receive all the food at once. The waiters mostly young boys with no experience possibly under training. I hope they fix the service issue otherwise the food was delicious..

Wow wow wow! The food was SPECTACULAR! It didn’t take too long, and it arrived hot and fresh! I must say I haven’t enjoyed Lebanese food this much in a while. If you’re ever in nisantasi it’s a must!

So clean , middle eastern food , like what we love to eat , we were there 3 times .. and the fourth they told us there is a place when we reserved the table . And when we came to the restaurant they told us they dont have table for us .

The best Lebanese food in Istanbul. We had the best time with excellent service with the great Authentic Lebanese food. A really special place where all items are extremely fresh. Don’t ask when it comes to sweets.... yummy, the best oriental sweets in the world.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE We went for dinner at Al Hallab. It was very hot this day and needed to drink water before ordering food. After probably 10 minutes, and as no one bothered with us, we asked a waiter for help. He pointed at another one who told us to wait. After a further 5 minutes, we asked a waiter who again pointed at another one who told us to wait. He came soon after. We finally ordered and drank our water after 20 minutes. The place was very dirty. The seats were covered with crumbs and food. The floor was filthy covered with straws, chips, food. We asked a waiter to clean our table and seat. Nothing. After 10 minutes, we asked another one to get someone to clean around us. As no one came, we called for the manager who apologized. He then picked up a straw from the floor and told us that the floor was now clean! We insisted that someone cleans the floor before we eat. He finally explained to us that he was short of staff and that all his staff were Turkish and lazy! No shame. This is not a cheap restaurant yet the service was absolutely horrible and the place was very very dirty. The worst service in Istanbul.
